In order to further improve the service level and quality of the customer service center, and ensure that retail customers have a better experience, on April 5th, Jianjing Doors and Windows opened the first "Jianjing" Money Training Camp at Jianjing Intelligent Manufacturing Southwest Base in Guanghan Factory. This training is aimed at customer service centers of Jianjing Doors and Windows in various regions. It will be conducted through Tencent Meeting live streaming for online synchronous sharing, and some customer service center representatives will be invited to the Southwest Manufacturing Base.
This training camp was led by Mr. Yu Lingming, Marketing Director of Jianjing Doors and Windows, and conducted in the form of a dialogue of questions and answers, allowing customers to participate more personally, better grasp what they have learned, and apply it to practice. This training course covers various aspects such as corporate culture, products, and marketing.
At the beginning of the training, Yu Lingming first conveyed to the clients the ideological concept that Jian Jing Doors and Windows adheres to - "creating high-end artificial windows for the majority". In terms of marketing, Yu Lingming shared interesting cases, allowing customers to experience the charm and importance of language skills firsthand, thereby helping them communicate and market more effectively.
In the later stage of the training, Yu Lingming had a one-on-one conversation with Mr. Zhao Yong from the Zunyi Customer Service Center of Jianjing Doors and Windows. Zhao Yong shared his years of experience and profound insights into the window and door industry, and expressed his vision and expectations for the future development of Jianjing Doors and Windows.
